Where do I begin? I was contacted a few months ago through an awesome referral about possibly making cupcakes for a Police retirement party. Sounds great right? Well what made me a little nervous was that I was going to have to produce around 250 cupcakes in my little kitchen. All who know me know that I love a challenge so I said "of course"!
The customer requested some unique flavors so I provided her with samples of red velvet, key lime pie, pineapple, and carrot cake. Ultimately she and the man of Honor decided on Chocolate Mint, Red Velvet, Pineapple, Key Lime Pie, and Vanilla. Each cupcake was to have a different design representing the Officer that was retiring.

I absolutely loved how they turned out and so did the customers and all of their guests. This was a biggest order so far, so I am pretty excited that it was such a success. I'm not going to lie and say it was easy, but I did it!
And to Ofc. Grady who retired after 30 years as a Police Officer, congratulations to you! You served for 30 years, made it through safely, and can still go home to your family every night. That is success! Enjoy every bit of your retirement with your family and friends. Thanks for letting me be part of your day!
